Building and Testing our Hand-Made Sensors

We found that the resistance of the cup fluctuated when the ball was added. Water helped improve the connection from one side of the cup to the other.

After multiple iterations of testing, we found an arrangement of electrical tape that resulted in a consistent and reliable sensor.
